At TheSundari, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Returns Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Returns are acceptable within 7 days of delivery, only if one of the following applies:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received an incorrect product (wrong item/size/variant)

To be eligible, the product must also meet these conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • Return request is raised within 7 days from delivery date

Note: Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting, screen resolution, and the handcrafted nature of products are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper washing/handling
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

3. Return / Refund Process

Step-by-step process:

  • Contact Customer Care within 7 days with your Order ID and issue details
  • Share clear photos/videos showing the damage/defect/incorrect item
  • After approval, we will arrange return pickup (where available) or share return instructions
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection

4. Refund Timeline & Mode

  • If approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout (processed via Razorpay).
  • Refunds usually reflect in 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error from our side (damaged/defective/incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by TheSundari.

6. Refund Rejection

We may reject a return/refund request if:

  • The product is used, washed, altered, or missing tags/packaging
  • The request does not meet eligibility criteria
  • Insufficient proof of damage/defect/incorrect item is provided
